5cl Alowis Amaretto

2,5cl fresh lemon juice

0,5cl sucre de canne

1 egg white

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Divide the white of one egg and add it in the shaker. Shake well and strain in a low cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon and possibly a cherry.
