5cl Cognac or brandy

3cl Alowis Curaçao Triple Sec

2cl fresh lemon juice


Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Moisten the top of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and dip it into some sugar. Shake well and strain it into a cocktail glass. The sweet edge of your glass goes well with the sourness in your cocktail.
